Reliable: We've been pioneers and teachers of martial arts in the Pittsburgh region for over 35 years.

Quality: We build champions by training more state and national champions than any other school in the state, including an alternate for the 1996 Olympic Team. And, beyond champions in competition, we've helped thousands of people become more disciplined, confident, and fit.

Reputation: Our reputation for honesty and integrity is unparalleled and our alumni are our best testimonial. They go on to be successful not only in competition, but in school, business, in their communities, and in life.

Attitude: We walk our own talk by respecting authority, tradition, self and each other. We teach this by example, by professional performance and by positive personal interaction with instructors, assistants and other students.
